Terms of Use
Effective Date: February 19, 2026
1) Acceptance
By accessing or using ubooky, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2) Service Scope
ubooky is a software platform for appointment booking, branch/service/staff configuration, deposit handling, and reminder workflows for service businesses.
Unless otherwise stated, the platform provider is not a direct party to service transactions between each merchant and its end customers.
3) Permitted Use
You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and perform only actions permitted by your assigned account role.
4) Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service for fraud, spam, or unauthorized system access attempts.
You may not interfere with the platform's availability or security.
5) Accounts
You are responsible for account accuracy, credential security, and all activities performed under your account.
You must not share accounts with unauthorized persons and must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6) Bookings, Payments, and Merchant Policies
Each merchant sets its own booking, deposit, confirmation, and cancellation policies. Users should review those merchant-specific terms before transacting.
For merchant-service disputes (for example service quality, refunds, or service-specific conditions), users should contact the relevant merchant first.
7) Intellectual Property
Software, content, trademarks, and platform components belong to the provider or licensors. Copying, modification, or unlicensed use is prohibited.
8) Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access when terms are violated or when activity poses risk to the system or other users. Users may delete their account from account settings, subject to the effects disclosed in-product before confirmation.
9) Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You represent that you have lawful basis and necessary rights before submitting customer or third-party personal data into the platform.
10) Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
11) Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law, except where mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
